Warranty / Guarantees

All New Computer Systems / Parts are Guaranteed/Warrented for 1 year - 3 year (Depending on Manufaturer)
All Second Hand Computer Systems are Guaranteed for 30 days (Unless they are stated "As Is" in witch case there is no warranty or guarantee
All Second Hand Parts are generally sold as is because there is no warranty or guarantee (Unless Stated)

Service / Callout Guarantee:
All Callouts / Service (ie: Repairs) are guaranteed, if for some reason the repair / service isn't satifatory (ie: problem not solved / still exists) we will give you another callout/service for free (Within a short time, less than 7 days from callout/service done, Once Only). Where the service/repair is for removing virus/spyware we cannot guarantee that the same problem will return but only recommend another option.

Warranty:
All items that are still under warranty need to be returned for warranty inspection/verification.
This form will need to be filled out: RA Form


New parts that become faulty within 7 days purchase are generally eligable for immediate replacement (pending inspection/verification)

New parts that become faulty after 7 days will need to be sent back to supplier/manufaturer witch can take several weeks, if item is needed to be replaced before/immediately another item will need to be purchased, but when the replacement item is returned from supplier/manufaturer an credit will be given.

Guarantee is refered here is supplied by us ie: Service/Repair
